German Spritz Cookies Recipe

This German Spritz Cookies Recipe makes light and buttery cookies are just melt-in-your-mouth delicious and will also make a gorgeous addition to any holiday dessert table.

INGREDIENTS

– Sweet cream butter – Confectioners sugar – Kosher salt – Egg – Vanilla extract – Almond extract

Using a large bowl or standing mixer, cream the butter, powdered sugar and salt until light and fluffy.

Beat in the egg, vanilla and almond extract. Gradually beat in the flour until combined.

Divide the dough in three bowls. In one bowl, mix in a few drops of leaf green gel food coloring.

In the second bowl, mix in a few drops of forest green gel food coloring. Leave the third bowl of dough as is.
