Easy Egg Fried Rice

This Egg Fried Rice is a delicious, classic stir-fry dish featuring light and fluffy rice, filled with scrambled eggs and tender veggies. A quick and simple to make recipe.

INGREDIENTS

– Sesame Oil – Onion – Carrots – Garlic – Ginger – Butter

Place a large skillet over medium heat and add the sesame oil. When the oil is warm, add the onion and carrot.

Cook for 3-4 minutes or until the vegetables are soft and just beginning to brown. Next add the garlic and ginger. Stir and cook for an additional minute.

Add the butter to the pan and allow it to melt. Then add the rice and stir to combine.

Next add the soy sauce and cook the rice, stirring occasionally, until warmed through.
