Served chilled, this Cold Crab Dip is the perfect party appetizer for summer parties, but it has a touch of elegance that also makes it great for holiday parties.

INGREDIENTS

– Crab meat – Mayonnaise – Sour cream – Lemon juice and zest – Horseradish sauce – Green onions

Add crab meat to a food processor and pulse until finely chopped.

Add crab meat and all other ingredients to a medium mixing bowl. Mix well with a fork for about 1 minute until all ingredients are fully combined.

Cover and allow to dip in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or until ready to serve.

Serve dip with club crackers, fresh vegetables, or on toasted baguette. Garnish with additional green onions.
