This Coca Cola Fudge has all the wonderful and decadent classic fudge but with a surprising ingredient! A rich Coca-Cola reduction is added to make melt-in-your mouth fudge!

INGREDIENTS

In a small pan combine the 1/2 cup of Coca-Cola and sugar and bring to a full boil over medium heat until it is reduced to about 1/3 cup.

Add the sweetened condensed milk and stir together. Bring to a boil and remove from the heat.

In a medium bowl combine the chocolate chips, butter, vanilla and 1 cup of the walnuts.

Pour the hot sweetened condensed milk mixture over the chocolate mixture and stir until the butter and chocolate are all melted.
