First of all, I LOVE the way the recipe is written with the instructions and the ingredients/measurements right along with it. It made the process so much easier than scrolling up and down like I normally have to do with a new recipe.

It’s cooling now but everyone is hovering waiting for it to be “ready.”

Absolutely the best choc.sheet cake I’ve ever ate..I make dessert for my apt.building we have a free table..got Rave reviews..I wouldn’t change a thing..there are somethings you shouldn’t mess with..this is one of those recipes..thank you for sharing..

You can freeze it, although admittedly I never have. Let the cake cool completely, then wrap it in plastic wrap and freeze. It will last 2-3 months in the freezer.
