I got a brochure full of inspiring quotes from a friend. On it, this one quote:
Stress is related to 99% of all illness.”
True?
I doubt a cancer patient would agree with this. Although, I think that stress does induce illness at times.
Stress is a way to tell you to slow down, think things through, reevaluate what you are doing. Take a moment to enjoy today. When stress overwhelms it can certainly manifest itself into bad dreams, sleepless nights and yes, I think, even becoming sick. But, does it cause 99% of illness?
You decide.
