I came across these sweet baby birds while at a rest stop during our family road trip this summer. They were nestled up in a tree by a picnic bench. So sweet and so full of life. When I look at these photos it kind of makes my worries go away. These babies are waiting for their mama to swoop down and feed them. Relying on Mama to keep them alive.
Mama’s have a lot of work. Our youngons rely on us. Sometimes it’s draining. With the act of provision comes a lot of hard work, dedication and stress. People are loosing jobs every day. Other are looking for a job or a new job that treats them better. They’d like to quit, but can’t because they have to provide — for their baby birds. They need us until they can fly on their own. So, we do what we can. We feed, we clothe, we teach, we nuture, but most of all we love. A love that never dies. Yeah, we’re just like those Mama birds, swooping down to put smiles on our babies faces. ‘Cause we love them so much.
