					<description><![CDATA[Thank you for this easy recipe.  It is so forgiving!  I forgot to include the brown sugar in the seasoning but it was delicious.   I used a 5.5 pound pork shoulder and put it on low at 8:30 am and turned it to high at 2:30.  At 5:30 it was perfect!   Tossed with Sweet Baby Rays and got rave reviews!]]></description>
