But my final attempt, I added a 1/4 of sugar, 1 tbsp of lemon zest to the filling, and then once done, I sprinkled another tsp of lemon zest on top of the pie. Making it for Easter lunch again right now!  It’s a winner!  I generally pipe on som fresh whipped cream and top with some strawberries and lemon slices so it looks impressive!]]></description>
