Frosting:
If the frosting was too soft, the most common reasons are that the cream cheese or butter were a little too warm, or the frosting didn’t have quite enough powdered sugar. Chill the frosting for 20–30 minutes, then re-mix. That usually firms it right up and it won’t run once piped on a cooled cake.

Thawing the cake:

Thaw the frozen cake covered in the refrigerator overnight.

If you’re short on time, thaw it wrapped on the counter so condensation forms on the wrap, not the cake. Unwrap once fully thawed.

You’re doing great, adding blueberries was a fantastic idea 🍋🫐 (glad they turned out because fruit can add moisture to a cake, but so much great flavor!)]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[I am not a great cook or baker.  I made this cake once before and it was easy and turned out fantastic! I added a pint of fresh blueberries to the batter and it was a big hit! However, when I made it before I used a different frosting recipe that was thick enough but too sugary in my opinion. So this time I decided to try your frosting recipe and it tasted great but was too soft.   I’m concerned the frosting will run.  What did I do wrong?

					<description><![CDATA[Oh my goodness, I was craving a lemon bundt cake from Nothing Bundt cake. I made this for my ladies card club and it was Absolutely delicious! So moist and flavorable! I personally thought it was better than the name brand. I’ll be checking out your other recipes for other flavors I’m making this one again! It is now my favorite cake!  I was a little skeptical on the amount of cream cheese frosting, compared to other recipes. This one was less. But it was the perfect amount!
