I decided to make the puree at home. My brother isn’t fond of sweet potatoes so my husband suggested me to add 1 tbsp of almond butter and 1 tbsp of raw honey to dilute the taste of sweet potatoes. Almond butter added texture and made it even more creamy.

I think I’m going to try to make this with softened butter and cocoa and stevia. And I only have fresh sweet potatoes too so will see how it goes.

One of my sisters absolutely hates sweet potatoes. I’m going to bake her a chocolate birthday cake and frost it with your recipe. She will go on & on about how delicious it is, but if she finds out about the sweet potatoes she.will.die! (yes — sisters — we’re always playing jokes on each other…)
