As so many of us look at our resolutions and see how we plan to accomplish, how many think it’s too hard? Two weeks into the new year and we’re already giving up on our goals that we set. It’s hard to maintain strong goals, especially if they are not rooted in your overall life goals or were not fully thought through.
Have you considered chronicling your thoughts in a journal? Something that’s so simple can be such a guide to people. Franky, writing down thoughts, ideas, inspirations and goals is something I simply can’t live without. It’s not what I write — that’s gibberish. It’s the process of focusing my find. It makes me realize there is an overarching goal for my life. Every day is just part of that journey.
